      Pros

      If you get in with a good account it's a nice place to work.

      Cons

      If you get sent to a poorly managed account - your life will be hell. Occasional mandatory 10-12 hour days and weekends, and a really poor quality of life. Avoid Sprint or Mersen accounts!
