Pros
Good working relationships with management staff. Many projects and new business opportunities. Ability to advance due to the large demand for project managers and SAP strong individuals.
Cons
Growing faster than staffed causing high stress and long hours for the limited staff. Many Temps that don't stick around and pay isn't enough to attract more experienced full time work force.
