Pros
Very flexible in terms of: - working hours - work shifts - vacancy days - sick leaves - positions inside the company itself - the colleagues The company has also good support for employees in that a lot of in-house positions are available very often.
Cons
Somewhat diluted leadership, extremely few compromises, not very willing to listen to its employees as to why something went wrong. If something was your responsibility and you failed to do it the fault is yours even though there are steps of the procurement process that affect your line of work.
