The only Pro would be job security. They have job security only because the turn over is extremely high...
Cons
Poor Management, Poor Pay, Poor Wages, Zero Moral, Very Few Paid Holidays, UPS is focused on Quantity rather then Quality or Customer Service. During peak season they work you to death. The turnover is ALWAYS HIGH!!! You only hear from Management when it's something negative. The pay is insulting!!! They don't believe in work life balance.
