Pros
The team members and friends you will make from all different backgrounds are a major plus to this job. Most ppl I came across were fun and positive to work with.
Cons
They are very age discremenant and don't like to see people excel quicker than some of they're favorites that may have worked there longer. Management outside of the direct supervisors do not really show any compassion or appreciation for the workers, they pretty much just see you as a number.
