Pros
You will learn the importance of team work. The job satisifaction felt will be greater than any where else. The benefits package is better than most. You will learn invaluable life lessons. You will have the opportunity to travel all over the world at no cost to you and sometimes you will be paid extra to travel. Guaranteed pay check unless you make a huge mistake.
Cons
The USAF/all military branches are not for everyone. You will be required to spend months/years separated from loved ones. You cannot just "quit" if you don't like your current job in the AF. Unless unlawful, you must obey the orders of those appointed over you...even if you do not like the order.
