      Pros

      Working with some of the finest people in the world. Good benefits, retirement package. Opportunities for travel and professional educatoin.

      Cons

      Extremmely unpredicatble work schedules, work hours well outside civilian standards. Incredibly slow bureaucratic system allows for little ability to change the momentum of the organization. Most organizations serverly undermanned.

      Will pay for you to go through college.

      Cons

      Good luck doing college while being worked 12-15 hours a day at your home-station. 6 to 7 days a week when deployed.
