      - Opportunity to serve my nation - Opportunity to work for a first class organization with a group of extremely competent people - Opportunity to engage in highly technical work

      Cons

      - Arcane personnel management practices, that is, frequently assigning personnel when a personnel/job mix is not a good one - Working long hours far away is not always conducive to a strong personal life

      Will pay for you to go through college.

      Cons

      Good luck doing college while being worked 12-15 hours a day at your home-station. 6 to 7 days a week when deployed.
