Pros

Participating in our national defense and helping soldiers. Great leadership and focus on the mission. Great co-workers. Complicated support systems but with accountability and workable with practice.

Cons

Large agency can sometimes be confusing as to direction and becoming lost in the crowd

Pros

The Pros to being a 92Y is that you may work alone and have an office to yourself, along with creating your own schedule by that i mean tasks. You dont have someone breathing down your neck unless you screw up or cannot meet deadlines. You have the ability to be stationed anywhere around the world, i was stationed in the US and Europe there are several oportunities and specific units you can support. After having 9 years of experience I think ive learned a lot and met great people.

Cons

You will be alone sometimes you wont have a mentor or subordinate when you become a supervisor or "supply sergeant", you will get micromanaged if you are not on top of things. People will think you dont do anything, you'll deal with a lot of officers who think they know more than you.
