Decent pay and pay increase structure.
Cons
1. No opportunity for growth is regional offices 2. Mean upper management (horribly mean) 3. Field Supervisors employed do not work, often attend meetings on Skype doing other things, upper management doesn’t do anything about it. You get in trouble for them not working, even though upper level managers know they aren’t working. 4. Managers will call you all hours of the night. No boundaries.
