Cons
Management is awful, hypocritical, and makes up their own rules daily. Coworkers talk down to, and gossip about producers daily. Management and supervisors could give a crap about the problems in the office, or others not doing their job because it would create more paperwork for them. Traning is awful. A program will roll out before you've even heard of it or had the training. Deadlines are one on top of the other, you can't find time to breathe. Checklists for programs are a nightmare, some 4 pages long. Many times in my office certain farmers calls and e-mails would get ignored purposely, while other favorited farmers would get better treatment. Disgusting what went on in the office and what gets turned a blind eye to. Hostile work environment that is almost encouraged. You'll go far here if you do the bare minimum.
