Pros

This used to be a great place to work. I had over a decade of success here in several divisions and various positions however over the past 3 years the leadership and culture has changed for the worst!

Cons

Long hours, average pay, cut throat environment, the worst communication and leadership planning you could imagine. Outsourced most general help lines overseas to terrible companies. Turnover has continued to increase year after year. Trust me there are better places to work. They have awful hiring practices that make it easy to get in the door, but most associates quickly look for new jobs once they see they are set up to fail.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
