Pros

Peer to peer support is top notch, colleagues are always willing to help where they can. TM’s manage their own territory and there is very little micromanaging. Lastly, gas reimbursement is an awesome plus!

Cons

While the company has some strengths, there are several cultural and structural challenges worth noting. Favoritism among management is noticeable, and support tends to flow consistently to only a select few employees. For others, development often depends more on internal politics than on performance or initiative. The environment can also feel overly political, with certain leaders and even peers engaging in gossip that undermines collaboration and trust. This can make day-to-day communication feel more delicate than it should in a professional setting. Additionally, the pay structure provides limited incentive, especially for roles that rely heavily on performance-based outcomes. High expectations are placed on employees, but compensation doesn’t always align in a way that motivates or rewards the level of effort required. I spent quite a while trying to see the good in this company but unfortunately the cultural issues make it challenging for me to feel consistently supported, valued, and empowered to excel.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
