Pros

Plenty of OT, start at 20.55 top out at 23.55 with GREAT benefits. Job isn't really that hard, great workout. Co-workers and management seem kind.

Cons

Unless you're a Sr. driver, you're a slave to the company. You will work 6 days a week, 65-75 hrs a week. Once you're home you're useless to your family. You're truck is hardly ever ready on time and is usually sorted horribly. The website says to expect to handle 400-700 cases per route, you're usually averaging 600-900.

Pros

I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

Cons

Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
