Where to start... The company preaches their silly little corporate culture, but there's very little of it actually in practice. The lower level managers won't hesitate to throw you under the bus if it makes them look good. Some of them are very childish and bully employees. Management seems to have this desire to want to instil the fear of god into the employees with regular layoffs. They laid off 10% in corporate last year and they plan on doing the same in 2017. There's very little loyalty to the employees here, they don't care about you as much as they preach that they do with their "cultural snacks". Don't get comfortable because reorganizations and upheaval are a pretty common occurrence around here.
