      Pros

      Benefits and pay are good 401(k) is excellent with company match and you also receive stock options every quarter at a 15% discount.

      Cons

      Very demanding schedule must work 12 to 14 hours a day five days a week with only 10 hours off in between shifts

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
