Poor Training, good old boys club, district sales manager was a joke at best, never supported his team, always was calling people out in front of colleges on conference calls. very unprofessional in front of customers. drinking on the job. also management forced you to sell scoop, and if you didn't sell it you were told to get creative. which meant sell it to a customer and buy it from them.
