      Pros

      Responsible for our earning opportunities. We were provided good training, good support, and good leadership. The benefits were above normal.

      Cons

      Was required to work some every day of the week. Sales philosophies and sales approaches were constantly changing. Operations struggled to keep pace with the growth of the sales force.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
