      Pros

      The sign on bonus is 10,000 stay long enough to collect it then QUIT.

      Cons

      This place SUCKS. The management are the epitome of incompetent. Loads are horrible. Equipment not very well maintained. Supervisors are old broke down has been drivers. Safety culture is a JOKE. . STAY AWAY from this place absolute TOXIC culture, backstabbing fellow drivers.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
