      Pros

      New management with lots of changes and good chance of moving up serority quickly.

      Cons

      Hi turnover. New management only knows how to write the schedule one day at a time. Horrible communication and at times it’s on purpose to hide what they are doing. Your paid by the case and with the loss of many accounts there’s a shortage of cases.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
