Pros
Benefits being able to work on your own no supervision
Cons
I think the biggest complaint I have is how much employees work for free clock in at 6 meeting ends around 10 to 15 mins later your being timed for performance 10 after 6, most of these guys show up 20 mins early to avoid the crowd of 60+ people trying to get set up for work in a crowded area your lunch break is taken out whether or not you take it Ive had them call me to the office during break give me an assignment and tell me to skip the break work for free it will improve my performance when you finish at the end of the night and clean the team captain comes along and writes your time down for the min you finish the 5-10 mins it takes you to put away equipment and leave is more free time... if you have one bad day of performance it is a write up a lot of people tell me they've been on final warning several times and skip lunch to make up for some time. The system they have in place is chaotic you have a work order of 200+ pieces on 3 pallets in 60 mins one item can weigh 50lbs and at the beginning of the assignment you have something light thats easily crushed by the end its buried and now about to be crushed by the 10 50lb items you put on top.. the timing is typically just enough to get to an item and throw it down and move on if youre great at balancing this jobs for you..
