Pros

Great training, competitive pay, lots of great people.

Cons

SO. MUCH. RED. TAPE. The best reps make a lot of money, sometimes substantially more than their managers; therefore the best and most qualified people for management promotions will not take a pay cut to move into the manager roles. That's how you get mediocre reps turned into management with all kinds of insecurity issues. My biggest gripe is that direct sales managers are lacking talent or are just trying to move vertically and never really help their reps, especially the ones that perform well.

None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

Pros

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
