Area Executive leadership team lacks the ability to manage objectively across all functions of the business. They fail to take accountability for the entire business and often neglect development of the operations people and processes. All support is driven toward the sales team which is why they are behind competitors in supply chain efficiencies. The Leadership team is unethical in treating employees equally and do not take appropriate action against harassment or discrimination issues when necessary. This type of protection is usually seen in the sales team.
