Pros
Scoop ideas were great, BUT they were mostly aligned for Large Metropolitan areas and most of them did not apply to customers that are 'rural'. The money was good for a number of years.
Cons
Once they changed the name of the company to "US Foods" things changed. Management started ":bullying" the sales staff...Punishments for not selling Scoop Items..Punishments for not making your goals...Punishments for not picking up new customers...NO HELP from management..Now that Sysco is trying to aquire US Foods it will be a mess. and even more of a mess, if the government allows the buyout. sysco will have a complete Monopoly of the Food Service Industry.
