      Pros

      Benefits,Car,and cell phone allowance. That’s it.

      Cons

      The stress of this job is unbelievable. Upper management only cares about themselves. You have to work on Sunday and if you do something right it goes unnoticed. If you do one thing wrong they threaten you even if it wasn’t your fault. Please do yourself a favor and don’t work for U.S Foods. You will remember this post thinking that I should have listened to the person who has worked there for 6 years.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
