      Pros

      Health care. Weekly pay. Nothing else

      Cons

      Salary is bad. Making 30000 grand a year while other employee's are making 50000 for doing less then I do. Not enough help for the higher ups. Buyers have know clue what they are doing. Sales reps need to push newer products so we can get rid of older product that we don't sell.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
