      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great workout. I've been driving for US for many years and never worried about layoffs even during the recession.

      Cons

      Hard work, bad management,and no communication. Do not get hurt in this company because they treat you awful even if you were a good employee before. There are several employees now worried about their job just because they got hurt. The Sysco merger is definitely a concern to most employees and bad communication about the merger from upper management.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
