Pros
-Great benefits and great people to work for if you're in the right department. -Truly understand that work is not life and try to accommodate as much as possible without impacting the entire department -Would have stayed if I wasn't changing to an entirely different field
Cons
I've heard some horror stories about other departments not having the best management or work environment. My department fortunately didn't have these problems. Not enough communication between departments often felt like departments were competing against each other within the company.
