      Pros

      Money, if you don't want to have a life and I really do not consider this a pro.

      Cons

      For a number one branch they sure have a lot of turn over and law suits ! They treat people like crap ! Way too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Do not train well and expect everything. I see it every day here. I really can go on and on but will spare you.

      401k is good Benefits got more affordable

      The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
