Pros
The company has had direction, the problem is we don't know where that direction is headed with the pending Sysco acquisition of us.
Cons
Benefits have really gone down hill. I'm sure some of that is Obamacare, but they only have terrible options left. Working at one of the support offices, it can feel like your contributions don't matter at all. Pending Sysco acquisition makes working here very sketchy. We don't know which direction the new company will go, or who could be let go very soon. The company is terrible when it comes to providing formal training.
