Pros

If your able to sell, and have high volume large customers you can make a good living. The benefits are standard and basic. Health, 401k, etc. The technology piece was rather good for industry standards, iphone apps for customers to order, online web ordering, order entry..

Cons

The pending SYSCO acquisition made it hard to get new business. Also it demolished employee moral through out all departments of the company. As a territory manager your 100% commission which can be nerve racking for someone who depends on a stable income.

Pros

I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

Cons

Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
