      Restaurant clientele can be fun and down to earth so you do make friends with most of your customer base- build great relationships.

      Cons

      Worst executive leadership I have ever witnessed. ZERO communication, you are truly just a number. Work life balance does not exist. Overworked and underpaid.

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
