Pros
Seriously, I cannot think of one. Just being honest. Well, you do get paid every week, but once Sysco takes over, you will be paid every 2weeks.
Cons
Wow, where to start. Paychecks are wrong on a weekly basis, and it's not in your favor. I have personally worked with new hires that never interviewed in person and 1month after being on the job, Charlotte calls them in for orientation. I have been asked to work another 12hrs after just completing a full shift of driving. Hello, D.O.T restrictions?? Management will lie to you just to cover their rears. They will hire you for one job position and have you doing something else to cover for their sorry hiring practices. They will also cut you loose(fire) for made up reasons. Many of good employees that were well liked by their customers have suffered this fate. Really sad. The equipment you drive is old, below avg, barely D.O.T compliant, and leaves you broke down for many unpaid hours. A lot of this blame goes to our Truckshop Manager, nothing ever gets fixed, just codes reset. I really don't think the guy could run an Emissions Stand. Sorry so long, I'm an honest, hard working employee with many driving/customer service awards, just tired of the bs. Everything I have spoke of here is true, if you have options, choose another company to invest your future with. Good luck.
