Pros
The management was nice. They had a job to do for a job I wasn't quite ready for. The pay was excellent with good benefits. They're always hiring for other positions for those currently employed. You learn how to move faster but smarter.
Cons
It's a fast paced environment. I would say it is for the young, the night owls, and single people unless they get plenty of family time in since it takes many years to get on the day shift. In order to be considered for other positions within the company you have to earn it. Sometimes people who do earn it still aren't considered for them.
