Pros

Pockets of good people to work with trying to do the right thing

Cons

Senior leadership is a boys club, the same people getting promoted (straight white male). They talk about about the importance of diversity but one of their cultural beliefs is "talk straight" which is tone deaf. There is access to senior leaders, but if you are a woman, that usually means that access to leadership is coupled with inappropriate questions (e.g. are you happy with your husband). The thoughts of a lot of senior leaders is "you are married now, why are you still working." This is a very old way of thinking and creates an actual class ceiling (look at promotions at VP+, only men). I still cannot go to after hours networking events due to the aggressive pursuing of leadership, I have PTSD and now miss out on these opportunities because I am worried I am not safe in this environment.

Pros

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.

Cons

Culture Comp plan Lack of transparency Greed Only care about price of the stock
