Cons

Reps are responsible to collect money from late accounts, schedule delivery routes, deliver products to accounts that are missed by warehouse picker or driver drop. Managers are penalized financially for these mistakes made by others.

I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

Cons

Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
