Loyalty is NOT Rewarded - Purchasing and Customer Service Departments US Foods Employee Review

Fear of Retaliation is very prevalent. Always felt like there was no one to go to when certain members of Management picked on employees. Loyalty from Employees is expected but is not shown back to employees. Employees who take several smoke breaks throughout the day can take time away but those of us who didn't smoke were made to feel bad having to get up and run to the restroom because we were micro-managed.
