Supervisors want you to come to them with issues to solve and when you tell them the same 5 problems for months and nothing gets fixed they say talk straight but that doesn’t exist

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
