Pros
The people across the organization make a great team. Often you will see collaboration between departments, both in the field and the HQ office to solve issues and meet common goals. There is a clear direction of where the company is going at this time and appears to be on the right path.
Cons
Downsizing has been the norm for a number of years. While this is the right move for the company, one needs to be careful and research the position prior to applying.
