      Pros

      US Foods has great culture amongst employees- even while working remote. I unfortunately was impacted by recent layoffs as they have been sources positions to India, but I am trying to secure another position here as I love it so much. The work is manageable, management is great to work with, and there is room to grow.

      Cons

      Not many cons, except for unfortunately being impacted by layoffs.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
