      Pros were job security, decent salary, and benefits that are being cut. In a post furlough atmosphere, we're just pawns.

      Cons

      Constant change and chaos. Very little promotion chances beyond the GS 12 unless you're a friend or relative of a Section Chief.

      Will you get paid on time? Do they lie in their own contracts about their bonuses?? Management is unorganized
