- telework policy - ability to work or detail across agency (due to high turnover of positions) - dedicated to mission
Cons
- lack of structure (everything is a priority) - poor senior leaders that aren't held accountable (high turnover, high harassment and no one cares) - male egos and bureaucracy keeping systems stagnant - Lack of work/life balance (seniors will leave when they want but give a list to lower mgrs/supv causing overload and overworking) - No resources or budget to get things done efficiently (very understaffed and SLOW recruitment and hiring process for non-LEO positions) - inability to keep female leaders due to poor communication, trust and devaluing the opinion of females
