      Pros

      Reasonable hours. They expect the job to be done and not merely to punch a timecard. I can work ahead and deliver early and the will let me decide how to accomplish tasks.

      Cons

      There is not enough communication regarding bad news and coordinating recovery efforts from the bad news. They do not do a good job in retaining people.

      Work life balance is not great depending on the position you hold you will have collaterals for days.
