Pros
The HR Department and especially Tony -- He is the architect of great improvements that were needed for 20 years. Becoming the true people, oriented place that Bruce wants and thought that he had. Has been getting rid of the bad bosses and the worst left this year. The career pathing, management training, employee engagement survey, and just an honest caring about us. Pretty great that we have all the new equipment.

Still need to turn a few of the managers around or get them gone too.
