Pros
Leadership often likes to do cookouts. They have a nice holiday party and a few company events, though there's nothing super special. The pay is okay, but you can find better in the Atlanta metro area.
Cons
Where do I begin? USAN is a very antiquated company, following old management procedures from their inception. They will brag about how they have been profitable every year, even since the market crash in 2008. They neglect to tell you because they only have one large client that has paid their way this entire time, and they are a slave to their demands. I will say, I was told every day what to do. My manager came in and wrote it on the board for me every single day. You are expected to log each of your hours, for every project you touch, even if it's only for 30 minutes. If you love having the autonomy to do your own job, steer clear of USAN. In the interview process, I was interviewed about my job, and when hired, I was not assigned a single piece of work related to my skill set. They have no clue what they're doing. They don't have a business model. They don't know the positioning or even what market they're in. Middle management is unqualified and has no outside experience. There is no culture here. The workplace environment is cutthroat with each department out for the other's blood. It's always someone else's fault, and no one is ever on the same team. Please, do not make the same mistake as I did.
