USAN has the ability to build and customize complex solutions and has some excellent Project Managers and Engineers.
Cons
Net New customers (Growth) are viewed as a con by most employees. As a result, Sales and Marketing employees are viewed and treated as moronic idiots. The leaders often ridicule the sales teams or anyone else that has an idea or suggests a better way to do things. In a world where offices are opening up so people can collaborate and communicate, all USAN employees have offices and stay in there closed door all day. No authority is given to middle managers as the top executives make all decisions on everything from approving expenses to choosing a fax machine. This place was a good place to work in the 90's and has not changed since.
