Pros

I have been working for USDM for over 6 years and have always been impressed with the way this organization is run. It is a fast paced, growing environment where we are all given the opportunity to succeed individually and collectively. The management fosters personal and professional growth and strives to help ensure employees are successful, appreciated, and connected. They host mixers and gatherings in order to bring our team members working at various client sites together. I am fortunate to be surrounded everyday by brilliant, professional, caring people. Everyone here plays a vital role in the success of the organization and I couldn't think of a better place to work!

Cons

Working apart from other team members can be a bit challenging but USDM ensures they have the proper technology in place to promote team work and togetherness as an organization. (And they are always willing to listen to ideas for improvement!)

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
