Pros

USDM Life Sciences is an exciting place to work. I have found that since joining, they have highly seasoned SMEs that know the life science space & the SMEs are accessible to the team for coaching support. They encourage entrepreneurship and getting involved & partner with leading technologies/software vendors to provide innovative solutions to our clients. From a Sales perspective they have a marketing team who organize webinars, conduct pre-sales activities & use technology to get our message out to potential clients.

Cons

Need to be a self starter and able to quickly figure things out – not meant for people that need lots of direction

Thanks for your review! We are constantly looking to hire and retain the top folks in the industry. That is what differentiates USDM from other companies in our space. It's true that self starters are most successful here. We try to weed out folks that may not be the best cultural fit. USDM is an entrepreneurial company filled with high potential and high capacity people that are seeking to do the best work of their life... It's exciting to have some many peers that are all up to doing something great!

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
