Pros

Relatively new employee to USDM however it's been a smooth transition from both the recruitment process as well as the work load perspective. Jennifer in recruitment was very cordial/professional and maintained great communication from start to finish. My supervisors have also been very easy going and very nice to work with which is a huge plus. I work remotely so I'm not able to see/visit the head office however, from the people that I've worked with so far, seems like a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

Thank you for your review . It's great to hear that your onboarding experience has gone smoothly and you are off and running. Please access USDM Connect for updates about what you are doing and to connect with your local team. We are planning an East Coast gathering 2/1 so look for those details (on USDM Connect or check with Jennifer) and hope you can make it!

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
