Pros

The staff was always extremely nice and proactive with me. They were always available to address my needs and answer my questions, with a smile and a nice word. Even though I worked remotely, I was able to have an excellent work relationship at a personal level. They always showed they cared for my personal success and I am very grateful I was able to work with such a great company. A special thank you goes to the HR department, for their incredible efficiency.

Cons

Nothing I can think of.

Pros

Work/life balance is solid if you can manage your time and do your job Pay is competitive Some colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Majority of good colleagues have left the organization in last couple of years Abusive CEO who isn't afraid to call out and berate employees in front of others. Dysfunction has spread across organization from the top down What made the company reputable and special were the ex employees who left because of the CEO's lack of leadership and abuse. Vague commission structure and unclear payouts Unclear responsibilities across the board leads to day-to-day confusion
